Paul began his career at the Australian Securities Exchange before moving into senior finance roles at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Barclays Capital. For the past six years, he has been active in digital assets with Tokenise, Realize, and the Truth Foundation, combining financial discipline with blockchain innovation.

Jonathan is a mining executive with nearly three decades of board and leadership experience. He has led companies across capital markets, project financing, and ESG reporting, including serving as CEO of Gabriel Resources and senior roles at Avocet Mining. He was also Non-Executive Chair of Giyani Metals and Executive Chair of Ormonde Mining. Jonathan brings deep credibility, networks, and experience in advancing projects to production.

Ian Freeman is a seasoned digital leader with over two decades of C-suite experience building and scaling breakthrough technology businesses across emerging markets. As part of the team that took Kambi public in 2014 (now valued at $500M+), Ian has proven expertise in regulated markets, scaling digital platforms globally, and delivering shareholder value. He now leads Minestarters in building the world’s premier tokenized mining investment platform.

Marcel is a mining entrepreneur with over two decades in the junior mining space, co-founder of Moxico Resources PLC (valuation $1 billion), and founder of Minestarters Token. He has worked extensively in Africa, Asia, and Europe, building new mining ventures from zero to multi-million-dollar valuations. His vision for Minestarters is to revolutionize mining finance through tokenization, spreading investor risk across diversified exploration and development projects while delivering liquidity via Web3.
